Privacy Policy
Axon Advisors agrees to keep all contents of consulting engagements confidential. We do not, without a client's prior written consent or except to the extent required by applicable law (with prior notice to the client, if and to the extent permissible), communicate or divulge the contents or existence of any consulting engagement, including the name of the clients that participated, to any outside party, except as necessary to secure any third party consent to a consultant's participation in a consulting engagement. Axon Advisors shall maintain in confidence all confidential information of our clients, and shall not disclose such confidential information to any third party. In maintaining the confidentiality of our client's information, Axon Advisors shall exercise the same degree of care that it exercises with its own confidential information, and in no event less than a reasonable degree of care. Axon Advisors shall make no use of our client's confidential information other than as permitted under agreement or otherwise required by law.
