Our clients benefit from working with the same experienced account manager, who develops a thorough understanding of their requirements on each request, to ensure the best match with relevant domain knowledge professionals. Continuity in relationships also allows for greater flexibility and responsiveness on our part in working with our clients whenever their needs arise or change. Since its inception in 2006, Axon Advisors has retained 100% of its clients, who have come to regard our services as not only integral to their research but incomparable.

Axon Advisor Quick Polls

Quick Polls are high volume response surveys that enable the gathering of a large number of responses to answer a short list of questions. Generally, the number of questions in a quick poll is approximately five and depending on the subject matter, the number of respondents could be in excess of 100. Quick polls allow clients to rapidly understand opinion among a selected population of physicians or industry professionals. Subjects that are well-suited for quick polls include prescription trends of a particular drug or class of drugs, reaction to new policy and regulations, and opinion on recently released clinical trials.

Axon Advisor Surveys

Our surveys are detailed, custom-designed reports that utilize web-based applications to rapidly aggregate responses from a specific sample of experts. Complexity ranges from standard question and answer to advanced survey logic including compound rules, scripts, piping, random splits, branching, and disqualification. Target samples are defined according to the client’s specifications and method for selection. Results may be delivered via a secure online report in Excel, Word, PDF, or SPSS.

Axon Advisor Longitudinal Surveys

Longitudinal Surveys are correlational studies that involve repeated observations of answers to questions posed to a cohort of experts over the duration of a specified time period. Data is aggregated on a quarterly or monthly basis by posing identical, reoccurring questions to the sample. This type of survey allows clients to track data as they change throughout a defined period.

Axon Advisor Industry Expert Teleconferences

We arrange conference calls amongst premier experts identified as key opinion leaders in their domains and allow clients to either dial in and listen or host and moderate the call with their own invitees. Clients who host the call may either utilize their employer’s conference call service provider or our preferred vendor. The format is a moderated presentation followed by a question and answer forum to which attendees may contribute their questions – voiced or emailed. Clients appreciate observing the synergy that develops and find it more efficient and valuable than conducting multiple discrete discussions with experts on a particular subject. Clients also appreciate having the opportunity to host the call themselves and offer this value added to their own clients.

Axon Advisor Extended Engagements

For projects that require more input than a single conversation, Axon Advisors provides consultant selection and management services to place experts in a consulting capacity for a day, a week, or longer. We arrange Extended Engagements to help clients form a deep familiarity with a competitive landscape or map the implications of developing technologies and their impact in the market. Consultants are identified, selected, recruited and vetted through rigorous research and examination to ensure that every expert’s skill sets and experience are the most appropriate to contribute to ongoing client projects.
