Participating in project life cycles is one way that Axon’s management directly plugs into client needs and monitors how we are meeting those needs. As the Director of Research at Axon, Caroline additionally helps guide Axon’s research services in the healthcare sector, given her expertise in the healthcare industry. Before taking on the role of Director of Research, Caroline served as a Healthcare Project Manager, responsible for the research and recruitment for all healthcare-related projects, and then Director of Healthcare Research. She has extensive experience in arranging phone calls, conference calls, and panels of experts at special events for some of the world’s leading financial services firms and business management consulting firms. Caroline has a strong academic background in life sciences as well. Before she joined Axon, she conducted basic research at Duke Medical Center, while she earned her BS in Biology and Psychology from Duke University. She then received her MA in Biotechnology from Columbia University.
