Dave is a 35-year veteran in commercial aviation. He has held management positions in many airports in the Greater Los Angeles area. Dave’s areas of expertise include airport security, airline safety, airline/airport infrastructure, common use technology, operational performance, contract services, budget and airline financial controls. Dave was recognized by the Transportation Security Administration, receiving the 2011 “Partnership” Award. He was also recognized as Chairman of the Los Angeles Interline Baggage Committee. His teams received the highest rating for airport financial controls. Dave has also managed through two mergers. His knowledge and experience are an asset to any airport/airline or operational project both domestically and internationally.
