Don is an award-winning commercial product R&D executive with 35 years of experience. His strengths in leadership, engineering, product, supply line management, operations, field service, and sales enabled him to lead teams in over twenty countries to delight his Fortune 100 high technology customers. For the last 25 years, he’s managed mechanical, electrical, optical, industrial, firmware, software engineers, and PhD scientists from Bell Labs to identify and champion new innovations earning 60 patents himself and billions in revenue for his companies. Now he is a marketing project manager in an advanced materials and technology group where PhD chemists and physicists develop breakthrough adhesives for top handheld consumer product companies. He also operates his consulting firm, is a cofounder in multiple startups, and serves on non-profit boards.
