Einar has over 30 years of experience in managerial positions within the oil and gas and international aquaculture / fish farming industries. He started his career in the oil and gas industry at Statoil, on the Statpipe project that landed gas from the North Sea to the Norwegian shore. Einar then joined Norsk Hydro for a similar pipeline project. In 1985 he became CEO of an international fishfarming company with activities in eight countries. He joined Norwegian Contractors - a subsidiary of Aker - in 1989 to market their onshore construction. He was promoted to become Senior VP Marketing at Aker Maritime in 1995-2000, before joining INTSOK - The Norwegian Oil and Gas Partners - an association of 230 Norwegian based contractors and suppliers to the international oil and gas industry.
