Gabe is a 35 year aerospace and IT veteran executive. He has worked in both commercial and defense programs. Gabe’s executive responsibilities at Boeing included Director Airplane Spares systems, Director Airplane Technical Services systems, Director Airplane Customer Support systems and Director Corporate Network, Data Center & Help Center operations. His last role was Senior Director Corporate Enterprise IT Architecture. Gabe also managed finance systems, MIS and PC/ server groups. His groups drove improvements in customer satisfaction, process/system integration, cycle time, quality, cost and operational efficiency. Gabe also led leadership development programs. Gabe currently consults on IT/business operations, IT/ business strategy, systems integration, leadership development, IT investment management, customer service delivery, systems development, business planning and enterprise architecture.
