Stuart has been an Independent Senior Automotive Consultant since 8/2011. His major focus has been Automotive Brand Positioning, Future Product Planning, Segmentation Trends, Sales Analysis, Dealer Networking, Dealer Operations, Customer Satisfaction Processes, After Sales Marketing, CPO Programs and Implementation. Prior to this, he was employed in various positions at Volkswagen Group of America (1984-2011). As Region Director from Aug 2005 to Aug 2011, he served as member of national leadership team that developed national objectives and strategic planning. His other positions at Volkswagen included General Manager Marketing Services, National Brand Advertising, Process Leader Product Definition, Pricing and Forecasting etc. He also served in various management roles at Audi of America (1985-1994) focusing on Sales, Marketing, Network Development, and Dealership Operations.
