Matthew Harvey is a Strategic Account Manager at Axon Advisors, where he manages key relationships among Axon, prime contractors, and stakeholders supporting government and public-sector engagements. He specializes in aligning project deliverables with contractual requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication across complex projects.

With a background spanning account management, digital strategy, technology, and entrepreneurship, Matthew brings a versatile andclient-focused perspective to his work. Before joining Axon, he co-founded a digital development firm, where he led client projects and developed tailored strategies to strengthen business growth and long-term relationships.

Matthew is known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Jill Brandi serves as Director of Talent Delivery & Operations at Axon Advisors, where she oversees client engagement delivery, recruitment operations, project logistics, and internal workflows. She works closely with clients, candidates, and Axon leadership to ensure engagements are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and supported by scalable operational systems.

With more than 20 years of experience across talent acquisition, RPO, staffing, and workforce operations, Jill has led high-performing recruiting organizations serving industries including banking, finance, automotive, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare. Her expertise spans workforce planning, performance management, process improvement, client strategy, and data-driven recruiting.

Before joining Axon, Jill held senior leadership roles at Kelly Services, AMN Healthcare, Wellpath, and PeopleScout. Throughout her career, she has consistently improved recruiting performance, strengthened client partnerships, and developed teams and operational models built for growth. Her accomplishments include being named Kelly Services' Recruiting VP of the Year in 2022.

Kristi McCann is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in qualitative research and analysis, with a distinguished career spanning decades in human resource management, education, and leadership. Her exceptional ability to connect with individuals and foster meaningful conversations has been instrumental in her role as a qualitative researcher.

As a subject matter expert, Kristi has made significant contributions to numerous projects, conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys. She has facilitated robust qualitative analysis, yielding valuable insights and actionable recommendations.

Kristi has a proven track record of identifying evaluation metrics, crafting data collection methods, and formulating hypotheses and research questions to guide her analyses.
